EXEMPTION FROM THE CLAST IS NOT AUTOMATIC. If you meet one or more of the above alternative criteria, you must complete a CLAST Alternative Application and submit it to the University Testing Center (UTC).

CLAST Alternative Applications are processed on a bi-weekly basis. Alternative Applications submitted to UTC will be processed on the next upcoming CLAST Alternative processing date. After your Alternative Application is processed, you will receive a letter indicating whether your alternative has been approved. It takes approximately 2-4 weeks from the date the application was submitted in order for the approved CLAST Alternative to be updated on your degree audit.

Simply fill in the information requested, save the application to your computer, and email the application along with a copy of your degree audit as attachments to UTC at utc@mail.ucf.edu
