Rebecca Piety Director Biography: Rebecca Piety has been employed at the University Testing Center (UTC) since 1998. She currently serves as Director of Testing and Evaluation at the University of Central Florida. Prior to that, she served 3 years as Coordinator of Computer-Based Testing and 4 years as Assistant Director. Ms. Piety is responsible for overseeing all testing operations at the UTC, serving as CLAST Institutional Test Administrator (ITA), as well as coordinating assessment for the Student Success Center (SSC). Ms. Piety is a graduate of UCF, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration on Literature, and a Master’s degree in English Language Arts Education. Linda Anderson Office Manager Biography: Linda Anderson has been employed within the State University System (SUS) for over 30 years; 20 years of service have been directly with the University Testing Center (UTC). Her primary responsibility includes coordinating all national and state standardized paper-and-pencil examinations. Additionally, Ms. Anderson assists with the training and hiring of all standardized testing staff, serves in a supporting role for the national and state computer-based testing, and provides administrative support for the Assistant Director of the University Testing Center. Ms. Anderson is an active member of the National College Testing Association (NCTA) and other professional organizations. Michael W. Ice Office Assistant Biography: Michael W. Ice joined the University Testing Center (UTC) as a full time employee in 2008. His primary responsibilities include test registration, phone inquiries, front desk customer service, and assisting with general test information and the CLAST requirement. Kathy Londergan Test Administrator Biography: Kathy Londergan joined the University Testing Center (UTC) as a test administrator in August of 2008. Kathy worked in private industry as a travel office manager, in retail sales and her own sole proprietorship while raising her family. With her two children in middle school, Kathy went back to school herself and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from UCF in 2008.
